Orders
PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We try our best to maintain high levels of inventory, however, occasionally products may run out of stock. We will notify you of out of stock items within 2 business day after your order has been placed.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders must be paid upon order remittance. Once you place your order, you can pay with your preferred credit card through our website.
REFUSING ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Shipping
SHIPPING AREA
At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada.
SHIPPING TIME
Please allow up to 7 business days for in-stock products to arrive. Orders placed after 5:00pm or on weekends will be processed on the following business day. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can properly track the progress of your package.
SHIPPING FEES
All trailers must be picked up at our Brighton, Ontario location. Other items will be shipped within Ontario. Orders under $100, before taxes are applied, are subject to a $15 shipping fee. Orders above $100 are eligible for free shipping.
Returns & Refunds
Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any defective, damaged, or mis-shipped part. Any returns due to customer error are subject to a restocking charge.
To return an item, please fill out and follow the instructions printed on the provided return form. This form is located on the reverse side of the packing slip provided with your shipment. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
